This policy explains how Reign Tech Limited(“we”, “us”) handles personal data collected through reigntechltd.com. We are the data controller for that information.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us. If you submit the contact form, that is your name, email address, optionally your company name, and the content of your message. If you email us directly, we hold whatever your email contains.
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking. We do not build profiles of visitors, and nothing you do here is tracked across other sites.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use your details for one purpose: to read and reply to your enquiry, and to carry on that conversation if it leads somewhere. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests — responding to someone who has deliberately contacted us about our services. We do not send marketing emails and we never sell or share your data with anyone for their own purposes.
Who processes it
Contact form submissions are handled entirely on our own web hosting and emailed straight to our inbox — no third-party form service receives them. Our website hosting and email are provided by Hostinger, which acts as a processor on our behalf and is bound to handle the data only as we instruct.
Our server records the IP address a message was sent from, alongside the message, as a basic anti-spam measure. It is kept with the enquiry and used for nothing else.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Where we go on to work together, we keep correspondence for as long as needed to deliver the work and to meet our legal and accounting obligations — normally six years after the engagement ends.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- correct anything inaccurate;
- delete it, or restrict how we use it;
- provide it in a portable format;
- stop processing it where we rely on legitimate interests.
Email info@reigntechltd.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk), the UK supervisory authority.
Security and transfers
The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. Data is processed in the UK and EU; where a provider processes data outside the UK, it is covered by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and revise the date above.
